1. Material
Joinery boards is a solid board composed of a core board and a table board. The core board of the joinery board is made by splicing wooden slats. Generally, the same tree species or tree species with similar performance are selected.
Composite board are sometimes called plywood. They are similar in manufacturing methods and choice of materials to joinery boards.
2. Thickness
Composite board and joinery boards are composed of several layers of boards, but they are different from joinery boards in that the composite board are not necessarily three-layered, and the thickness of each layer of the multilayer board is the same.
The moisture content of the core board of the joinery board is controlled between 6-12%, the width of the core strip is not more than three times the thickness, and no large cracks and cavities are allowed.
3. Uses
Composite board has good structural strength and good stability, and is mainly used for the production of wood products such as the bottom plate of the decorative panel and the back plate of the panel furniture.
Joinery boards are widely used in the production of furniture manufacturing, sewing machine bedplates, carriages, ships, etc. and the construction industry.
4. Process
The craftsmanship of the joinery board makes full use of the corner waste in the wood processing, and it is a construction board with a large format, a moderate thickness and a uniform structure.
