1. What material do you use?

Solid wood, E1 MDF, plywood, melamine board.

Water-based paint.

2. How's the package?

Flat packing/KD. Standard export carton + corner protector + Ply foam + EPE Foam.

3. Where is your factory?

In Shenzhen China. The loading port here is Yantian port or Shekou port.

4. How many employees are there in your company?

More than 800 with 3 production lines.

5. How do you control the quality?

We have 10 QC. From material checking to finished products, each process has QC to check quality.

Besides, we assemble the furniture twice, the first time is after wood working to check the structure, the second time is after packing to check the whole products.

6. What’s your sample lead time?

10-15 working days after color swatches and line drawing with dimension confirmed.

7.What’s your mass production lead time?

45-60 days for new products, 35-45days for repeat order.
